Warm white accent lighting for pictures:
The gallery light will emit a warm, soft light through the 4 E26 bulbs, rejecting the dim, flickering and glaring light of inferior fixtures such as led strips, which are harsh and can fade precious paintings over time. You can adjust the brightness or replace the cool white bulb as needed, but the cool white bulb and dimmer are not included in the package.
Adjustable lighting angle:
You can adjust the angle of the painting light to find the perfect spot to highlight your artwork. A good rule of thumb is to tilt the linear picture light at a 30-degree angle from the surface.

In general, the picture lighting is supposed to be at least half the width of the border you are lighting. For example, if your frame is 20 inches wide, choose a picture frame light that is at least 10 inches wide. For pictures over 30 inches, choose a light that is 2/3 or more the width of the frame.
